The extra-occupational Adaptronics Master study program takes place at the campus in Stade. The study program lasts for 3 semesters with a total of 60 ETCS and contains 7 modules that are coordinated with each other. In addition to five weekend seminars, one two-week and one one-week block seminar take place in both the first and second semesters. Completion of the Master's Thesis and its defense take place in the third semester. The curriculum was designed as such to enable working students an ideal coordination between their jobs and studies.
The theoretical fundamentals of adaptronics are taught in the first semester. Included in the content are the "Business Administration" and "Advanced Fundamentals I + II" modules. Content of the curriculum in the second semester consists of "Reinforcement of Adaptronics" and "Adaptronic Systems - Applications" as well as practical projects and laboratory internships. In agreement with the lecturers, business-specific issues can be worked on and concluded with a paper and presentation. Work on the Master's thesis takes place in the third semester. Defense of the thesis finally leads to completion of the study program, culminating in a "Master of Science" degree.
Details on curriculum structure and content as well as further information on the study course can be found in our brochure.
