Job guarantee

It is important to be able to plan a career. Our students are in high demand in business and generally already have concrete job offers from companies even before they graduate. We offer our Master's students studying General Management and Business Information Systems a job guarantee. The PFH pledges to reimburse 20% of tuition fees if graduates are unable to find an adequate job after 6 months despite their own search efforts and those of the university career service. Students who have received their Master's Degree at our university following their Bachelor will be reimbursed the tuition fees of a full year. With this guarantee, the PFH is committed as the first university in Germany to providing measurable indicators of success and emphasizes its commitment to its responsibility in the private sector.

In addition, the university offers first-year students an "entry without risk". Within this same concept, school students with university entrance qualifications have the possibility of trying out the PFH concept on location for three months. If the PFH does not meet their expectations it will be reimburse their tuition fee.
