Composites Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.)

The Private University of Applied Sciences Göttingen (PFH) has been offering the European-wide unique engineering course of studies for a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Composites) since October 2006. This full-time bachelor study course is offered at our campus in Stade (CFK-Valley Stade Campus) and lasts 8 semesters. This bachelor study course integrates the unique training program as a skilled worker and process technician for polymer and rubber technology (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) which is completed at a local partner company.

The city of Stade is one of the biggest European production sites for CFRP lightweight structures. Airbus, for example, manufactures the vertical tail of the new A 380 at this location. The university’s cooperation partner is CFK-Valley, one of Germany’s most successful competence networks with more than 50 member companies and research organizations ensuring an enormous concentration of expert knowledge.
