Zero Risk for International Students
The student is responsible for applying for an appropriate visa to enter Germany and for a residence permit for the intended duration of the studies.
In the event of an official visa rejection, PFH shall refund 100% of all payments received, including administrative and tuition fees, provided that the student meets the following criteria:
- They have received a valid Confirmation of Acceptance (CoA) from PFH
- In the case of a visa decision issued after the semester start, the student must have demonstrably participated in the study programme with at least 80% attendance
- They have submitted an official written visa rejection notice issued by the competent authority
Eligibility for the Zero Risk Policy requires that all information and documents submitted during the application, admission, enrollment, and visa process are complete, accurate, authentic, and not the result of negligence.
