General Management, Master of Science

The Master of Science in General Management is intended for students who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences and want to further their education with a German business degree. In addition, the mentoring scheme of our professors and the university's own career service will support you in starting your career.

PFH offers the three-semester M.Sc. in General Management at Campus Göttingen. It is accredited by ZEvA, the central accreditation and evaluation agency, and state-recognised.

The programme offers the possibility to specialize in specific areas of management and also contributes to your personal development through individual coaching sessions, soft skills training and an intercultural learning environment.

The M.Sc. enables you to add academic depth to specialist business areas. In addition, it focuses on corporate management and accounting. The study programme also contributes to developing your personality and strengthening your personal skills in the form of individual coaching sessions as well as courses in soft skill training and business English. In addition, the mentoring scheme of our professors and the university's own Career Service will support you in starting your career. Through its numerous elective options, the syllabus of the Master's degree offers maximum scope for individual specialisation in accordance with your career goals. For example, you will choose two out of six focus areas in the first semester:

• Industrial Management
• Tourism and Travel Management
• Sales Management
• International Marketing
• E-Business
• Corporate Financial Management

And can select from a wide variety of electives, such as:

• Portfolio Management
• Capital Markets
• Financial Analysis
• Business Psychology
• Logistics
• Business Economics
• Project Management
• International Strategy

While all courses of this MSc can be taken in English, you can opt also for some German courses, if this is your interest.

To be eligible for the refund, they must have:

• successfully completed their studies within the regular study period,
• attained a minimum GPA of 2.5 upon graduation,
• shown proof of a B2 level German language proficiency in form of a certificate
