Prof. Dr. Bernd Rohlfing
After studying law in Göttingen and subsequently completing his practical training, Bernd Rohlfing was initially employed as a salaried lawyer in a public auditing/tax consulting company (specialising in contract law, capital market law as well as commercial and company law), before setting up his own law company in 1992.
Together with two other colleagues, Bernd Rohlfing, who completed his doctorate in parallel with employment, now provides advice, as a specialist lawyer for commercial and company law as well as a specialist lawyer for administrative law, to SMEs as well as municipalities, towns, districts and other authorities in federal and state administration. He implements his manifold profound knowledge acquired in the practice of law in his work with students.
