Prof. Dr. Rüdiger M. Lahme

Rüdiger M. Lahme studied law and economics at the Universities of Bayreuth and Göttingen from 2000 to 2005. In 2007 he was employed by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Immenga at the University of Göttingen with his thesis "The Suitability of Civil Proceedings for the Enforcement of Antitrust Law". After his legal clerkship in Hamburg, he began working as a lawyer at the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP. There he worked in the Hamburg and Brussels offices. His practice focuses on national and international litigation with an antitrust background. He has extensive experience in handling complex disputes at all stages of the proceedings, from pre-judicial strategy advice to forensic representation by the courts to the European Court of Justice.

Rüdiger Lahme was already involved as a lecturer at the University of Göttingen during his doctoral studies. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he remained true to his teaching activities as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Fresenius Hamburg and the Professional School of Leuphana University Lüneburg.
