At the box office upon production of the student identification card and the accompanying Semester Ticket. If the option of advance booking with the Culture Ticket is offered (which is mostly not the case), it is possible to select the Culture Ticket price category.
In general, the remaining places are allocated at the box office to students with Culture Tickets. Advance booking is sometimes possible and, in some cases, there are even allocations (e.g. for the BG Göttingen). In such cases, the rule is first come, first served.
No, students on holiday will not receive a Culture Ticket during a holiday semester.
